  • The App is designed for mom athletes, that want to get back to the sport they were performing before pregnancy. Athletes from CrossFit, Powerlifting, Weightlifting and Gymnastics will get the most out of the program.

  • “Postpartum Pia” is an 8 week postpartum exercise program. Each week consists of 3 days of postpartum exercises. The program starts with foundational exercises during the first 4 weeks and slowly ramps up to more advanced CrossFit type exercises to get you back to fitness during the second 4 weeks.

  • The 8 week program can be accessed through a monthly or yearly subscription. We offer a free trial, that you can cancel anytime.
