We can train your home, your office or your favourite outdoor location. I bring all the necessary equipment. We can also meet for online training. In this case I will adapt the training to whatever equipment you have at home (water bottles and backpack filled with books also counts!).

We can train in the morning, afternoon or evening, 7 days a week. We can schedule training sessions spontaneously or we can plan them in advance. I will help you decide how many times a week to train according to your fitness level and your goals.
